We accept unworn bikinis in new condition with tags and liners attached within 20 days of purchase for store credit. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange, return or store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, you will receive an email with a code for store credit. For sanitary reasons, we strongly suggest trying on all swimwear over undergarments. All returns are subject to inspection and must be returned/exchanged unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Please note that all customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please give orders up to one week to be packaged and shipped. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification. If you did not receive an email with your order confirmation please email us at info@ibbikini.com for your shipment information. We are not liable for orders lost in the mail, incorrect or incomplete address, or unclaimed/refused packages. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it please contact your courier to locate your shipment. To track your order please use the tracking number provided via email. You will receive an email once your package has been shipped.
